Complaints procedure


It is in the interest of both the children, parents and educational staff to have pleasant contact with each other. If, for whatever reason, this does not occur and you wish to file a complaint, we will ask you to discuss the matter with the manager at your location or by filling out the complaint form below.

After you have completed and sent the complaint form, you will receive a written confirmation. This confirmation states in which way, by whom and within what period you will receive a response.
